L.E.A.D.S is our free work experience programme for girls and young women. You'll help out at our netball sessions, learn from our coaches and earn real qualifications. It's a great way to build confidence and skills for school, college and work. We welcome students, schools and local businesses across Sandwell.

Qualifications we offer
Youth Sport Award
We work with Coaches Club CIC and Just Play UK.
Together we run the Youth Sport Leaders Award. You'll learn how to plan and lead fun sport sessions, and finish with a Youth Sport Leaders qualification that looks great on a CV or college application.
Passport to placement & work
Already volunteering or coaching with us? We'll help you keep learning and move up.
You can take courses in MultiSport Coaching, Inclusion, Behaviour Management, First Aid at Work and Mentoring. Each course helps you build your skills and take on more, at AnyGirl and beyond. They're a great next step if you'd like a job in sport, coaching or working with young people.
