With our LEADS programme, AnyGirl Netball empowers the next generation of confident, skilled and community-driven female leaders. Through netball volunteering, hands-on work experience and accredited qualifications, girls and young women are supported to develop as leaders both on and off the court.

Youth Sport Award
In partnerships with brands like Coaches Club CIC and Just Play UK, we’re empowering the next generation of female leaders.
Through our Youth Sport Leaders qualification, young women gain the skills, quality training, and experience to lead in sports.
Passport to placement & work
For our volunteers and coaches already delivering sessions, we provide progression and specialist training designed to grow confidence, professionalism and future opportunities.
From MultiSport Coaching and Inclusion to Behaviour Management, First Aid at Work and Mentoring, our courses support individuals to develop their leadership skills, specialise in their interests and continue making a positive impact within sport and their communities.
